Fact of the day: After the Red Keep and it's secret passageways and tunnels were constructed, King Maegor 'the Cruel' Targaryen had all the construction workers rounded up and killed to preserve it's secrets. Supposedly Varys is the only person who has a remote idea where they are.

Fact of the day: There is a variation of a trial by combat called "Trial by Seven" in which both the accused and the accuser(s) can declare seven champions to fight for or with them. Ser Damon Morrigen proposed a Trial by Seven in his opposement to King Maegor 'the Cruel' Targaryen's claim to the throne in 42 A.C..
