Stop calling the people that you believe are in the wrong "brother". It makes the whole meaning of the word redundant. If you truly believe that they are lost, then calling them "brother" is a fake sympathy. The term brother is used to refer to someone's brother in Christ, not a lost soul.
For a simple and thorough covering of Church history I recommed James White's Church history series on the website Sermon Audio. Another recommendation I have to mention are Ryan Reeves's Series: Early & Medieval Church History, Luther & Calvin, and Reformation & Modern Church History on YouTube.
"The history of the Church is the rise & progress of the kingdom of heaven upon earth, for the glory of God & the salvation of the world." - ascribed to Philip Schaff.
As the Scriptures have shown, Christ Jesus is the incarnate Son of God, Second Person of Triune God. Christology is vital to the Gospel, to reject proper Christology is to mutilate the Gospel; anyone who loves the Gospel will grow in their understanding of Christology, even if that growth is slow.
Hebrew Roots is a threat to Orthodoxy, since it leads people away from the focus the Gospel and true meaning of the Old Testament.
