To whom it may concern; Lou Cauchemar aka Jaques, an alleged organized crime figure who worked the under Barbaro crime family umbrella was found dead this evening in Los Santos around 8pm along with another associate of the Barbaro families car club, in what witnesses described as a deadly car explosion that happened suddenly and without warning.
