If you plan to pre-order Fallout 76 in order to get access to the beta then I'm sorry to tell you this but it seems like only people in the U.S. and Canada are currently able to pre-order and participate in the beta. The only known way right now to get access to the beta is to pre-order from the official Bethesda website.
