Hello everyone if you are in the alpha ring for the Xbox insider program then it's good news as custom gamer pictures are now out. To use this feature go to your profile, customize profile, click switch to gamer pic (Only if you are using avatar) in the gamer pic section there should be an option in top right corner that says upload custom image.
