Founded in 1995 Egi has establish a strong position in its avocation of personal advancement. Our education process involves cultivating the new members with the knowoledge necessary to understand the basics of history,growth,leadership structure,and responsibility within the Egi community. The "E.G.I." title shall not be worn by every man, but only by who is worthy to to wear it. He must be relentless...a man of honor and courage...a man of zeal...an intelligent man... a man of skill...one who tempers action with wisdom and above all else one who commits to he's/her's civic obligations. E.G.I(everybody gets it) firmly prohibits discrimination based on a person's national origin,race,color,religion,disability,sex, and familial status. No exception everybody and i do mean "everybody gets it".
