If player quits team, he can only do it once per season. 11. Once rosters submitted a capt can make 2 transaction (each transaction can contain multiple moves). 12.roster size 6min-12max. 13.record seeding goes by win %(provided min game requirements are met). 14.rules subject to change via admin
