The N.O.W.V. (also reffered to as The New Order) is an up-rising makeshift 'government' based on most of the constitution and the old ways of America. The New Order believes in every right and freedom Americans had before the great war, including the right to vote, but voting is excluded from the founder, or 'President' of The New Order to ensure the policies are not changed unfairly, but voting is focused to the 'officers' who make the laws. so we can rebuild America back to its former glory!
