A better example is in Ankylosauria. Liaoningosaurus was a very small semi-aquatic Ankylosaur that might have become a piscivore!
Ceratosaurs, we know that Noasaurids have had to change there diets to herbivorous. In fact Deltadromeus might have actually been an elphrosaurid based off current phylogenetic analysis. Making Deltadromeus a herbivore instead of a carnivore.
