Quick Trivia: Wuerhosaurus was the last existing species of the order of stegosauria. Existing in the early Cretaceous, the species would eventually go extinct to competition with the more armored ankylosaurs.
Theropod dinosaurs are often depicted in pop-culture to have visible skull orbits on their heads to look more scary. However, skull orbits would only appear if a creature was starving. Which the dinosaurs in our favorite movies and toy-lines aren’t. Sorry 80’s fans!

If they did have feathers, elephant like integument or what I call "peach fuzz" is as fluffy as you can get.
