The Division 2 News - Overnight server maintenance & update 1.04 fixed many issues incl skill glitches after using grenade, skills cooling down after shield use, cluster seekers too short cooldown, co-op scaling, armor not scaling with world tier. losing mods when donating weapons, frame drops, flickering & menu problems & others, courtesy Redditt.
